PERSONAL TRAINER

As a mobility coach with over 12 years of experience in parkour, obstacle-course racing, injury prevention, and functional fitness, I’ve learned that sustainable progress comes from moving with purpose and understanding how the body works. My training style is focused on helping people feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their everyday movement—not just in the gym. Through working with clients and pushing my own limits, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for smart, efficient training that supports long-term health and real-world performance.

With years of experience as an athlete and personal trainer, I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels—from young athletes to active seniors—providing safe, effective, and personalized coaching every step of the way.

Ninja at the Park

Explore and expand your abilities through safe progressions, fun processes and explorative games. Practice efficient skills and condition for longevity. Learn from an experienced parkour coach & former American Ninja Warrior athlete. Parkour taught me how to have fun training while remaining grounded in my own personal growth.

You can book live video fitness evaluations and one-on-one training sessions, all tailored to your goals and abilities. I also create fully customized fitness plans and provide access to an online exercise demo library, giving you the tools, support, and accountability you need to train confidently from anywhere.

AT YOUR OWN PACE

Get access to a clear, organized collection of videos showing how to do exercises, stretches, and mobility work with proper form. You’ll can also get a parkour video demo library, with each movement named and shown in an easy-to-understand way. It’s everything you need to learn and train confidently from anywhere in a way that suits your needs/goals.

ON-LOCATION & REMOTE

I’m available for both remote and on-location work, including projects that span several weeks or months—whether on set, on tour, or in intensive training environments. While my career takes me around the world, my home base in Austin, Texas remains essential to who I am. I live in a custom-built lake house on Lake Travis, surrounded by hills, water, and the grounding energy that fuels my passion and discipline. It’s where I train, reset, and stay connected to what inspires my work. I value this foundation, yet I’m always open to travel and long-term contracts when the right opportunity calls.
